The spike only does 439 damage (this figure includes 100 damage from deep wound) to 630 damage to a 60 AL target. The range accounts for the variance on axe attacks and 0-8 +7 damage condition on wastrel's demise. The 630 damage figure assumes all 3 of your axe attacks critical (not high odds of that). Also, a single warrior and dom mesmer are not going to create enough pressure to allow you to spike targets that are not at full health.
Is your goal to force the opponent into ragequitting in 1 v 1 matches and then having the third team help you claim the altar? If that is your goal, then I would certainly go more defensive since its designed to be a grief build anyway.
Or was your goal instead to actually have some hope of spiking and killing things? If that is your answer then change the LoD monk to an LoD elementalist with:
LoD
Healing Seed
Infuse Health
Glyph of Lesser Energy
Lightning Orb
Lightning Strike
Gale
OR
LoD
Healing Seed
Infuse Health
Glyph of Lesser Energy
Fireball
Liquid Flame
Glyph of Sacrafice
Meteor Shower
(Fireball can be replaced with rez chant if you only want one skill to spike with)
The divert hexes monk should have Aegis instead of signet of devotion and your ZB monk should take a hex removal skill such as holy veil or purge signet instead of signet of devotion.
